1. Improvement Planning -
One of the most important responsibilities for a school is the analysis of effectiveness followed by the development of a plan for improvement. This “event” is frequently dry, meaningless and terribly dreaded. Managing state and federal rules for improvement plans often causes educators to become bogged down with an unmanageable and difficult to implement plan. The result is that many improvement plans are never used and the planning process is viewed as “something we just have to endure and get done.”
- Learning Blueprints can show you how to eliminate ineffective practices and develop a collaborative, meaningful improvement planning process that becomes a way of thinking and being…not a single, one-time event. Beginning with the understanding of how to collect data and which data to collect, this process takes schools from building a comprehensive needs assessment all the way through goal setting and selecting the most powerful strategies. Using an effective planning process is a major key to achieving rapid academic results. Format: 1 – 2 Day Training
- Learning Blueprints highly endorses the Plan4Learning District and Campus Improvement Software. (www.plan4learning.com) Improvement planning training can be provided alone or in combination with this software for a day-long comprehensive improvement planning training.
